I have blackview bv9500 pro with latest update oreo but battery dies in one day. Apparently it's the mobile network standby. I even turned this off from developer option but problem is still there.
Here's the screen shot

I already did factory reset more than 5 times. I emailed one of the android expert and he wrote this:
"" "That usually refers to the cellular radio using power to maintain a connection to the network. If you're in an area with poor service, it can be a source of battery drain as the radio ups its power to maintain the connection. There isn't much you can do about it other than turn off the cellular radio, or try a different network type that might have a stronger signal. You can do both of these manually from your system settings (airplane mode and cellular network type, 4G vs 3G vs 2G). Based on your findings you can use LeanDroid to switch to these settings while the screen is off in order to save power when you aren't using the phone...."" "
I'm using freedom mobile in Alberta Canada and this carrier using Volte so basically that's the issue drains my battery. Please fix this problem.

I been using this phone since September and the problem was there since day one. If you search on the Google "mobile network standby battery drain" you will see many other users facing this problem on Oreo 8.1. I even turned this off from developer option but still it drains. I now have to use 3g, can't use 4g because of this problem. 10000 mah battery dies in 24h because of this problem. I trust blackview team can fix this.

it looks like i have the same problem
good day. From December 2018 became the owner of the phone of this model. Everything was fine - the phone was cool, but after a recent OTA-update in February 2019, problems began with the battery. I did not install any additional software, did not change the firmware of the phone, did not act on the phone mechanically and always charged with regular charging, which was included. I also monitor battery consumption using the standard features of the operating system. Communication type of Wi-Fi or bluetooth include as needed. Also, my cycle of the usual use of the phone has not changed - I use the same applications and almost at the same time. The phone was bought mainly because of the large battery and for me this is an extremely critical moment. If before the update in February 2019, the phone was enough for ~ 3 days, now it is enough for 1.5 days, or even a 1 day. Please help in this matter
