MY DEAR BV9500PRO is dead

HELLO :) I have a BV9500PRO and I was trying to factory reset my phone in android system setting. just after I reset my phone is dead no doubt. because Its not turn on anymore. I held buttons but every button is not working too. (It means blackview logo is not appear in screen whether how long I pressed button or not)    T.T   I really wanna get back my BV9500PRO can anyone help me please?   Thank you

Hi there!
Please try to perfom a factory reset from the recovery menu. Follow this tutorial:

...and report back!

Thank you for reply!  sorry as I told you all of the buttons not working anymore T.T  I pushed some combinations of buttons and every each button but not working. It is totally "dead"

Unfortunately there's nothing more to do except contacting your seller to have your device replaced under warranty :(

Faulty units may happen, although it's really annoying.
