Hi, my loud speakers sound is muzzled and sound is not clear. I only used phone for few months. What can I do? Do you have repair center in Hong Kong?

I highly suggest you to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty.

Mine has also this same problem. It happened a month ago. Suddenly some sound distortion was heard from the rear loudspeaker intermittently. Then, a week ago all the sound coming from the rear loudspeaker was distorted with a "brrrrrr" noise coming out for a second after the sound from the speaker was stopped. As of today, no sound is coming out front the rear loudspeaker (the speaker is dead). I contacted the seller (I bought it from Amazon) but I haven't received a satisfactory answer yet. I plan to void the warranty and to open this device to see what's happening. I have ordered a new speaker and a new usb board (since the speaker terminals are soldered to this board) from AliExpress. I'll let you know about the results.
From my point of view, the Achilles heel of BV rugged phoned is the speaker design. The same issue happened to a BV8000 pro I owned. If the dust of the environment has metallic particles, then the speaker is doomed.

After opening the phone, I saw that the cause of the problem was that the red cable of the loudspeaker showed signs of cold soldering (the end that goes to the speaker, because at the PCB it was ok) and the black cable was cut (!).
I replaced the loudspeaker and voilá!
Problem solved.

The seller is the one who manages warranty terms, refunds, repairs, replacement and so on.

As I stated on a previous message, I had to replace the speaker. The cause of the fault was cold soldering on the red + cable and broken black - cable. Now the phone is working as it's supposed to.
