Connecting my BV9500 Pro to my PC.

I have just replaced my Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos with the Blackview BV9500 Pro. With the Samsung I could simply plug the USB lead into the computer and phone and the computer would access the storage on the phone as one of its drives. I could then upload and download pictures, music, files, etc. between the devices. When I connect the BV9500 Pro to the PC, it recognises the phone, but where I would expect the scree to show the phone’s drives and folders, it just says "This folder is empty". I would very much like to have the same convenient facility that I had with the Samsung; I am hoping that someone has already solved this issue and can let me know how to fix it.

Hi there.

First, connect the phone to your PC and UNLOCK IT.
Then swipe down from the notification center and set he USB connection as "File transfer".
