Hi. My BV9500 is unable to install the last firmware update and quite often he restart himself with no reason. how can i fix it without loose all my apps, configuration, and media?

Performing a factory reset is recommended to fix many issues. This will erase ALL the stuff stored in your phone. The google backup feature will help you to import apps and settings.
