Internal Short?

Wed Jan 16, 2019 4:44 am

I have had my BV9500 Pro for one week & had it brick on a boot loop twice. It seems to have an internal short of some sort. Has anyone else had an issue or issues like these?

Hi dear! Unfortunately it looks like an hardware fault. You'll have to contact your seller to have your phone replaced/repaired under warranty.

If you bought the phone directly from the Blackview Official Store, please contact kelly@blackview.hk as she will help you sending it back.

I did contact the seller. If they end up not being helpful, can I still do a return with Blackview directly?

I'm very excited about the phone but if this turns out to be a lemon & I wasted $418 on it, I could never deal with Blackview again.

I've been getting lots of feedback with interest on the phone with my social media. I do want to be able to report positive things!

Hi there, unfortunately Blackview doesn't manage direct warranty replacements or repairs, unless you buy phones directly from our store at our website.
Unfortunately the only lemon of this sad story...is the seller you bought at. I feel very sorry for your current situation, but can't do anything more to help you :(

The seller ended up getting back to me & I have a replacement phone on it's way to me. I hope that the replacement works properly.
