I have some problem.
I bought a bv9500 3month ago.
I don't droped this phone to ground and i don't droped that into the water. 
But, currently i'm suffered by my phone. because my phone has some problem.

1. battery is crazy. battery of bv9500 has energy of 50-70%. but phone is being shuted down. and my phone began to recharge from 1%

I don't droped this phone. I don't droped this phone into the water. My phone is no impacted anything shock.

Hi there, unfortunately you got a flawed unit. Please contact your seller to have it replaced with a new unit under warranty.

What's mean new unit??
A Replace?? or A repair??
Seller said "blackview doesn't support replace new phone service." and seller said "only repair"
Okey.. repair....
But, seller persists "you need to pay for repair."
Is it right??
Has buyer to pay for flawed unit? for repair??

Unfortunately unofficial sellers behave in many ways, that's why users should pay attention to what seller they chose. I find absurd that a faulty phone like yours, under warranty, can't be replaced... But as I said before, seller has the last word on it. Don't step back and insist!
