BV9500: Really slow charging time

Hello,
I bought this great phone considering it would fast charge that massive 10.000 mAh battery, but sadly,
I found out it only charges with 1100mAh (1A) when connecting the enclosed usb type-c cable with the power adapter (says output: 5V 2A)
Is there something wrong with the phone?
What can I do to solve my problem?
Apart from that, the phone is awesome!
