[TRACKED] Intercom firmware lost

Hello,
after upgrade to 20180829-2036 Intercom does open but is not working anymore, there is also no init screen at startup, the Firmware is missing:

Did you perform a factory reset after the update? Can anybody else confirm such issue?

Same problem here with same firmware
(20180829-2036)

The problem is still present. I did it twice without result.
