Intercom: feature request

Hi,

The walkie-talkie is great thing in a phone but I don't want to use it as often as the application pops-up. I'd appreciate if the application could be configured not to start after PTT button press. This button is very easy to press unintentionally. While it initializes the channel (which should not block the GUI) the GUI is blocked and I cannot disable it quickly. I can switch to another app leaving intercom in the background but then the phone can catch some radio which is usually not desired. It also uses the battery up, which is large but has finite capacity. To summarize:
  • configure intercom launching: by PTT button or by tapping an icon only
  • initialize the channel not locking the GUI so the user could close the application or select another channel in the mean time

This has been resolved for everybody that followed these steps...
in English step 1 go to settings , go to system, go to about phone , then tap build number 5 times to enable developer options . Now go back to system , select developer option , then go to the bottom under Apps and select backround check and UNSELECT INTERCOM.
Now the PTT button is disabled.
