FM-radio does not working

Model BV9500 Pro
Firmware: BV_BV9500Pro_V1.0_20180827
FM-radio is not working. Already tryed with stock and custom headphones. I'm set valid radiostations frequencies, but I hear noise only.

FM radio works fine on my BV 9500.

FM-Radio works on my 9500Pro with the same firmware, but a 3rd-party headphones connector doesn't hold on to jack very firmly and falls of from it sometimes. Stock headphones seems to be ok.
