NFC-Felica in BV9500Pro

During Indiegogo campaign, I had specifically if NFC used in BV9500 Pro is NFC-F compliant or not. Campaign owner had replied that it is compatible and I will be able to use to for POS payments in japan. But in actual it is not NFC-F but just NFC. Can you confirm that? I'm not able to use the apps which need NFC-F and not just NFC.
