[SOLVED] Compass doesn't work properly

I've just received 2 BV9500Pro and both have the same problem with compass. The "North" is suck to the phone's orientation. Compass calibration does not help at all. Yellow one sown N on 11 and black one - on 5. When the phone is being rotated the N shows some inertia, (because the compass application apparently uses gyroscope to movement detection) but always gets back to the initial position. I've launched the "Sensors" application and noticed that readings from geomagnetic sensor are stable and sensitive to the phone's orientation but much biased. The Y axis in yellow phone reads for 38µT to 81µT during 360deg rotation, in the black phone Y reads -60µT to -20µT. So one has bias of 60µT while the other -40µT. X and Z axes are also biased but not as much as Y.
This might mean the geomagnetic sensor readings are not calibrated so the compass cannot work. How can it be fixed?

I also noticed that the compass direction is not correct. I try to calibrate it, but it does not help. Once I move it f.e. 180 deg. it adjusts in a wrong direction for some reason.

Issue is now tracked, it should be fixed with a firmware update.

I encounter the same compass problem with my bv9500pro (serial no 735). Bad news for an outdoor smartphone used by a sailor. Although I am absolutely satisfied with all the other functions of this phone (after fixing the PTT button problem).
Hoping for a timely solution from Blackview.

+1 Same to me, Hope this will fix after firmware update. But Again my phone doesn't do OTA update so just curious if anyone have the same problem as mine.

Compass calibration does not help at all" because I tried and this didn't help. Magnetometer readings have biases and they aren't compensated even when calibration pattern is applied. Nad there is still OTA firmware update that could do this compensation.
