Hello Team, I ordered for the BV9500 Pro a couple of months ago.
At the time of ordering, I selected Wireless charger as part of the Package.
The Charger was to be given to the first 50 people to order, and I was the number 20 something.
The phone came last week, in perfect condition but without the Wireless Charger.
The company I ordered from, through Aliexpress is giving me excuses. That it was finished at the time they were shipping mine.

I want to know what I have to do now, because I really need the wireless charger and all theyre doing now is apologising.

BV9500 supports every Qi wireless charger, i suggest you to buy one. Unfortunately i can't help you further, as this is a problem with the seller, not Blackview. I'm sorry.
