SIM card installation

The 9500 Pro does not recognize my SIM card. There are no instructions on how to proceed, but I think I match the picture in the booklet. Is there a video available?

Put your SIM into the slot. Then perform a factory reset and report back.

Use slot 1 (left side) if only installing one Sim card.

It is ok, but I can't get AT&T 4G. I do not think this is a problem with the SIM however. They do not have an answer. It may have to do with no support for Band 12.

It looks like incorrect APN settings. You'll have to contact your phone carrirer to solve that. 
BV9500 has a great coverage with AT&T, as you can see here:
