[TRACKED, WORKAROUND FOUND] Reboot

Hello. I have a problem with my bv9500 pro.
I regularly and several times a day blocking and restarting the phone.
Very randomly.
The problem occurs mostly after a time after unlocking.
I put in factory configuration several times without success.
What are the possibilities to solve this problem.

Can somebody else confirm such issue please?
In the meantime, try to disable Duraspeed and report back

I get that when I launch one of my apps. I therefore don't use that app anymore.

Hello. The problem occurs with any application or even sometimes at night.
Often times after a wakeful exit. In activity supported much less problem.
unless I juggle very quickly between several applications.

Hello. The problem is very unstable.
How can I reinstall the original software if it is defective.
Do you have a local update.

Just perform a factory reset. Follow this tutorial CAREFULLY.

Factory reset several times.
Without success.
No particular applications seem to be involved.
Very random problem. Can be restarted 5 times in a row like 0 in the morning before restarting.
Can also restart the night ....
By cons never had a problem on heavy applications. I can play 2h a Pubg without any problem ...

My phone rebooted by itself today. I was using Spotify at the time but I don't know if that's got anything to do with the reboot.
