I just wanted to flag the issue in the 9500 forum, and add the following comment from a customer:
...the nitty gritty stuff is the main function of the phone be it smart or not where this one kicked the bucket: to be a phone - to call and receive calls.
First I noticed in places where Apple&Samsung were steadily maintaining 4G this one was showing me 3G only and continuously oscillating between 3G and 4G.
Which is bad but maybe not so annoying.
The other day I was in a shop at the counter and realised that I do not have enough money on my card. Usually I was jumping on my mobile app and I was transferring money instantly. But this time Black view let me down.
So this was a bad one.
But lately I started to have other issues and this time the Missus panicked not knowing what's happened to me and I was totally oblivious as I haven't heard the phone ringing.
And it happened on Saturday and today(Monday) as well.
So when she was ringing me it was going straight to the voicemail. Same when she was ringing from WhatsApp.
I looked at my phone and clearly was saying that I am connected to Vodafone (and I also have mobile data activated).
Furthermore I tried to send a quick email and it was saying that I am not connected to the internet. Checked mobile data...it was OK.
So then I restarted the phone. After it has done it a Sim Processor error was shown shortly on the screen and all lost calls and messages started to load.
So long story, short what's the fix for this?"
Can admin please confirm tech team are working on a fix for 4G/3G error?
