I'm very happy about my new 9500 pro but I have a problem of sensibility of the proximity sensor while phoning. How can I calibrate it?

A couple of our customers have complained about this too...the proximity sensor only blanks screen during calls if sensor is fully touching skin to block light....if the slightest light gets in the screen comes back on and then the user can accidentally put calls on hold or mute with their cheek while talking.
Solution again would be for engineering to allow access to engineering mode as on previous Android versions so users can calibrate the sensor...

Admin, I'm wondering what the tech team said about this?
No where do I see any test or adjustments for proximity sensor.
If I don't flatten the phone screen to my cheek, the screen will light up, and the Mute button gets engaged.
