My order number 968 and the shipping number  EX025557293SG 
I received the phones and i have a big problem 
Charging the phone is very slow. in one hour the battery has charged 5% in 2 hours 8% with the phone on . 
In should have a full charge in 3.5h but thata is not happening for a strange reason 
I own a blckview bv 6000 and when it charge the battery the phone is hot and the charger too
By my 9500 pro the charger is stone cold and the phone too nut is not charging 
I did a test last nicht and i turned the phone off and during the night 7 hours the battery reached 40% 
I think either the phone or the charger is damaged and they arent functioning properly. 
The situation described above is happening by both phones that i received, one is yellow and on is black
Please advise me how should we proceed to solve that situation. the phones are brand new and they have warranty 
I am waiting for indication , urgently

Can you please try it with a fast charging 3rd party charger? It is needed to rule out which one is the culprit between phone or charger.

just change the charging cable!
Very often the original cable is not packed with the phone, it charges very slowly.
Even the cable that comes with wireless charging charges your smartphone twice as fast.
The normal charge cycle of this smartphone is 5 hours (via cable)

I have the same problem,

With the original charger or other type of charger, the phone charge very very slow via cable (with wireless is worse yet). It takes more than 20 hours to be able to charge only 60%,
This problem occurs when the phone is turn on, if you charge it when the phone is turn off there is no problem,

I put my phone in charge when it was at 18%....12 h after charge it was at 64%....Weird

I changed the cable ( I used my bv8000 cable) but it was the same.

Last night, my phone was at 70 % I decided to not charge. I let it on and in morning it was at51%.... Is it too much?
I ll try tonight to charge it in off mode. Tell you more tomorrow

Keep us updated. We need more feedbacks about that.

Yesterday I shuted down my phone with 48%.

This morning it was at 100% after the charge.

My next test is to shut down my phone when it ll be between 10 and 15%. And I ll charge during night.

Last time I did it ( mean 18%)i didn't power off my phone and a night in charge wasn't enough .
So I would try with phone powered off.....

I have the same problem of you. I bought 5 cell phones, and 3 of them have the problem of charging. It takes almost 6 hours to get an increase of 20% of the battery. I also have another problem, when connecting the cell phone to the computer, it only charges. I can not transfer files.

For the second issue, connect the phone to your pc, unlock your phone and in the drop down menu you will find a setting about the USB connection type (charge of file transfer).

I tried with 3 rd party adapter , and cable but same problem no fast charging. I adpater samsung s8 and original cable, one adapter hama , and 3 rd no name, all with fast charging cable. The phone is not charging. What should i do ???
I cannot use the phone properly . Is very very annoying !!!
I think hasn nothing to do with cable or charger , it has tot do with the phone.
Kelly wrote me an email , that i will become new cable and charger and tgen no sign from him, no trwcking number nothing ........
