Nope
Not charging again
No reasonable explanation
Same charger
Same wall
It worked
Now doesn't
dee-san wrote:Alright, I have this problem too and tried the following:
- Different AC Adapter
- Different Cable
- Factory Reset
- Closed all apps - wifi
- Device powered off during charging
I still get between 600 and 1000 mAh (1A)
I'm stuck

Pizzalover wrote:Hi,
After leaving my BV9500 (Non Pro) on the charger for 4 (yes, FOUR!) days it finally came back to life. Tried pressing the power button several times a day for the last days, but the red light flicked off for a very short while before coming back on.
When the phone powered on the state of charge was 64%.
When I picked up the phone there was a peculiar smell coming from it. I have smelled something similar when one of my rc-airplanes crashed and the Li-Po battery were crushed and the electrolyte inside came out.
I opened the sim/tf-card cover on the back, and the smell became very strong. Best way to describe it is super-glue smell mixed with the smell of hot honey. The fumes gives a slight dizziness.
To BlackView: Is there a way to diagnose whats wrong with our phones?
No reply from the sales emails, so I hope someone in Blackview reads the forum.
I need to ship this phone back to Blackview for Warranty repair or replacement.

The problems in all three phones are unacceptable. Shame a lot of pity for you !!! Your service is disassembled and unfortunately no help is given to the people who supported you. But it seems you are not very interested in this. You lost another client....
You're just......TRAGIC !!!!!
Best Regards and Happy New Year
