Not at all! I'm not an expert on it. Many settings are hard to understand to me. Changing mic sensitivity has no effect. It's easy to improve speaker volume. But clearing the muffled audio call seem to need some more refined setting.
I have read of people here not finding how to access to the engineering mode so providing how to overcome the problem I just hoped that some smart guy could find a solution and share it.

Hi,
I just bought a BV9500 and the microphone is not working. I can hear people speaking to me. They cannot hear me.
With the earplugs it's ok.
When I use the recorder and hear what I recorded it's OK.
I tried a lot of things, activate desactivate LTE. Nothing changed. I installed a software upgarde yesterday.
Nothing changed.
I think I will send it back.
Any Idea/advice?

Which app did you use? All the ones I've downloaded say that there is no mediatek hardware on my device and/or there is no engineer mode.

Just to let you know, OTA update still doesn't work on my phone. I think it's been around almost a month already from my last post.

Can someone tell me if my firmware version is the latest version of OTA update?

Is it also possible to officially release OTA updates as a manual download to fix update discovery issues?
