Hello from czech republic,
i have same problem after last update on BV9500( i didnt found forum for this model,so i writing here, i dont have pro version), phone randomly restarting whole all day, yesterday about 10 times, thats make phone unusable, after every restart i must input pin for sim, so i delete my password temporaly.
its happenig really randomly, its doesnt matter if i work on phone or not, i saw one warning after every restart - simprocessor problem i think it can help for track the problem.
Please focus on that problem, before i never had any problem with phone, i maked factory reset without solve this problem. Somethnig wrong must be in last update, im sure there is no problem with any app

I do not leave the subject.
I never put my phone in silent mode but when it restarts itself it sometimes puts it in silent mode.
I was wondering if it can have a link.

All the issues will be fixed with software updates, don't worry. Some time is needed, by the way.

I have the same problem after install the update. Please, my smartphone have two days of operation and it is very frustrating to have this kind of problems due a software mistake.

Please, could to inform when update will be available?

Are a custom room that we could install in order to solve this problem?

After each update is highly recommended to perform a factory reset from the recovery menu. Please follow this link and perform a factory reset: viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922
