It is not a good guarantee policy. I bought a phone with a big defect so I can not use it. Now I'll have to buy another one because I do not know when to fix the bug.

I bought the bv9500pro phone from you guys on indiegogo and the microphone does not work. *#*#33#*#* leads me to test mode but it won't let me change any of the hardware settings so I can adjust the gain on the mic and actually use the phone the way it's supposed to be used. I was really looking forward to using this phone.

*#9646633# doesn't do anything neither does *#87#

This issue will be fixed with a software update, don't worry

Needs to be soon because the market is starting to talk about it and Blackview's future hangs in the balance if it gets a bad reputation. A phone, first and foremost, has to make phone calls.

I would also pass on to the tech team they should be checking the new 9600 Pro urgently for any trace of the same fault...having your flagship device affected by it too would be fatal.

As I see it, many faults are minor, but there are three things a phone MUST do OK: 1> Make and receive calls clearly  2> Connect reliably on bluetooth  3> take sharp photos with good white balance.

People will forgive their phones minor mistakes, but those three things I have listed should be printed out in large type and stuck to the designer's wall at Blackview.

This is unbelievable for a business that has already put a few phones on the market. It makes a horrendously loud statement regarding Blackview.

The same problem for bv6800pro!
During calls the audio on the other part's phones is awful. My voice is muffled, echoed and when the other speaks  my voice ceases (a two-ways conversation is impossible).
I've fuzzed on the audio settings in the engineering mode but with no results.
The audio on my part is fine.
I have to return the telephone, unless a solution comes shorthand.
Can anyone provide a full setting of the audio controls, if anyone exists?
