Hi Tomator, i'm the Blackview Admin who tried to help you solve your sad story.
I've been working here, at the forum support, for about 2 years.
After working without getting any payment from Blackview for the last 2 months (aka they made me work for free..),10 days ago i've been fired without a reason, without a notice or a word from my Blackview contacts.
They simply changed the forum admin account password to lock me out of my work, then started to ignore me and my questions.
I'm really sorry, but it doesn't look like you'll get what Blackview promised... and unfortunately i can't help you anymore

To the new admin: the thread has been saved. Before you remove it:

• it's kind of negative opinion about the company - make sure it's legal to remove it
• if you still want to remove it, make sure you're not working for free - it could be sad to get to jail for free
• in case the thread is removed it will re-appear on blackfail.prv.pl - and evidence of removed thread like this makes worse job to the company's public relations that the thread documenting problem that was successfully solved (and it will be, right?)

So please try to check if the phone was sent to me after Serena had confirm the shipping address. I asked Joy Zhang on Skype but it's always better to double-check - especially if the company isn' t very reliable.

Joy Zhang answered on Skype yesterday and even didn't as too many questions. I've got the tracking number and waiting for delivery. Why couldn't it be so simple hal year ago? I hope there will be no problems on customs...

Yes, I'm happy too. The phone arrived yesterday with DHL Express. After loosing hope few times there is a happy end, finally!
