Dear colleagues, I ask you to help me send the video file with the malfunction of my smartphone to Sophie at the email address. How do i do I think that she needs a file, not a link to it, to help me ... Do you think that if I create an account on qq.com, will it work? I think that the file is needed to issue a reporting document, but Sophie cannot download it from non-Chinese resources. How do i do better?

Joining QQ may solve the issue.

To my great regret, I do not speak Chinese. If somebody of the most respected people give me a link to the user manual on registration qq.com in the form of pictures in the Russian language I'll dance the dance. )))

Just use the Google Translation feature. Google will translate for you the entire webpage ;)

tell me - how much time does it take on average to process one support request?
I can not understand why such a slow work is happening... 
recovery does not work (confirmed by the video and log), and the flash tool cannot load the data /system partition/ more than 23% (confirmed by video). Does it really take a whole month to make a conclusion about the EMMC malfunction and offer me any solution to this problem?
I'm very tired of waiting ))) I don't want to change the whole device. I just want a spare part for self-repair of the device... me many years and I'm afraid not to live up to this Oh Oh Oh )))
