Guys, PLEASE PERFORM A FACTORY RESET AFTER EACH UPDATE TO AVOID WEIRD ISSUES.
To do that, please follow this link:

admin, most of the users actualy did that already and they still had that issue...
I can also give some feedback:
first of all, Quick Charge does work - with an appropriate cable, I can get around 3,2A output, which ist like it should.

the problems I have are:
  • Fast charging works with nylon cables + with one original blackview usb type-c cable. the other I got doesn't, don't ask me why. It worked before, now it doesn't anymore
  • Wireless fast charging doesn't exist. Maximum of 900mAh
  • if fast charging, the output slowly decreases from 3,2 to 1A when reaching 90%, and from there, it's 900mAh. Odd, but maybe good for the battery life?
Another thing: I really hope there will be new security patches, since w are still on July 2018, which is incredibly insane.

Origin charger only delivers 2 A at 9 V.
To be honest, I think is is rearly enough to keep batterie temperature in "healthy" area.

I´m also a little bit disappointed about software support by Blackview. Hardware and features are absolutly great and prices are reasonable.
Developing new hardware is not the only point, please also have an eye on getting products woking like promised (that what your costumers paid for),  provide security patches and bug fixes contemporary.
I´m afraid this was my first and also last mobile by Blackview if software support ins´t working significant faster in future.

You can't expect more that  1 A of charging rate in wireless mode.
It is normal that over 90% charge, charging rate will decrease ;)

Sorry but then it's simply a lie to the customer, as it's promoted with fast wireless charging - don' advertise functions that simply don't exist then!

I'm okay with that.

Short update:
Today I received my wireless charger W1 by Blackview.
Working fine with 5V/1,6A wireless charging.

Third party wireless charging never more than 5V/0,5 - 0,7 A.
So, wireless charging with about 8 W is possible.

Sorry guys, I didn't write my previous post in a proper way.
More than 1A of charge shouldn't be expected with 3rd party (cheap or not 100% compatible) chargers. The original Blackview wireless charger is different ;)

I think have the same issue with my new BV9500.

I get my Phone Thursday 21 around 9.30am with 75% battery load, I begin to setup and install my apps, configure it, blabla.

I have used my phone from Thursday 21 until Sunday 24 with standard use. Very good.

But now the problem.

Monday 25 around 3.20am I reach 15% battery load, so I charge with Original AC and WhiteCable found in the Box. Not 3.5Hours to recharge but about 7-8hours to reach 100%.

So I get my phone 100% loaded around Monday 11.30am, but the battery drain very fast now, with a minimal use. Just 10 minutes with three Apps.

At 6pm I reach 62%. However I go to sleep around midnight with 57% and when I wake up Tuesday 7am I have only 42%.

Why? I have used it for 4 days without any issue and my first recharging took a bit more, but now in standyby I drain entire battery in less 24h. What happens?

I have only Wi-Fi ON, no Bluetooth, GPS, Mobile Data with Duraspeed ON where I have enable only WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook to work in background. Energy Saver is ON. Bright at 20%. And however I not change my setup. I not understand why 4 days from 75% to 15% and now in less 24h with NO use, just 15 minutes max with apps and 34 minutes with a call, I get from 100% to 43%.

So I think the battery have some fault or AC not recharge well also if he tell 100%. I have see 'faster recharge' in my screen, not from begin, just when I have check a bit later.
