I tried to change too. Installed English, removed French, restart the phone, downloaded the update installed the update but I got the same message... ERROR.

after trying to install the firmware update published yesterday (that didn't work and by now firmware version is still BV_BV9500Pro_V1.0_20190320_20190320-1730), I have this problem with the App: Telefono (Phone) by Google: when I receive a call there is no way to pick it up, I only hear the phone ringing, but I cannot access anyway the call window that allows me to pick the call up. This happens both if phone is locked or not.
The only way to pick calls up is to use headphones, but there still is no way to view who i calling me.
Anyone can help ?

thanks for the reply, I know that the update has been removed, but the problem appeared immediately after the failing of update is still present .....any idea about how to fix it ?
