This may be because the mainboard is broken, or it may be a small board. Take this to the repair shop to check and troubleshoot the problem before buying materials.

The phone has been returned, and they say the issue is the board (I have no idea which one of them) Can you please provide a link where I can buy both boards?

I had the same problem - the pulse sensor had a defect , and so the battery was damaged. - i got no support from blackview.
 i had to repair it by meself. The phone was only half a year old. its a shame that they dont give warranty ...
So my solution was to change the battery, and unplug the pulse sensor from the board

I have the same problem and a bv9800pro. What was the bv9500pro problem normaly? The USB charge board, wireless charge board or the mainboard?
