Tomator, please send more emails about the issue to Kelly. Please post a screenshot proving you sent emails to Kelly as she says she didn't get any emails from you.
She will contact you in the email you used in this forum (tomator@p.............).

One short story. I've ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt from TEE PRO. They were printed and sent, but haven't been delivered: stuck on tracking for over a month. I filled the online form at TEE PRO's website hoping the'll investigate what's going on. They asked for address confirmation and the same day they decided to print a new set and sent it few days later. That's how customers are cared by U.S. company. I liked it.
After half of the year the Blackview doesn't even know if the phone was delivered even though BV confirmed its delivery, diagnosed the device, requested and received payment for repair. What a mess!

I'm not sure if Kelly really worked at allIt's good she's gone. Serena was given all mails of course and it finally seems we've got consensus. We agreed that I'll send money for repair again and BV will send me a new phone. I did my part, now I'm waiting for tracking number. Hope shines again.
