Hi,
Connected to the charger for 12 hours, but nothing happen when trying to restart phone with recovery procedure.
Phone always remains OFF.
When plugged to the charger, the light on right top remains always red.

When I connect the phone to PC, it does not recognize anything, always get the message "device not recognized" on the computer.

Have a good day.

Unfortunately it seems that your phone got bricked. No other solution except contacting your seller to have it replaced under warranty. I'm really sorry for that.

Admin can u please post, original (lastest room better) stock room, that we can download it
Just like xia***i and other vendor who put rom in their official site
Just in case this case happen,,

Hey, I'm curious. The only hardware differences I know of between the pro and non-pro are memory, storage, and the two-way radio. If not mistaken, the non-pro even still has the PTT button on the side.

My experience with ROMs is that if the hardware isn't there, the ROM simply doesn't use the nonexistant hardware but still works as long as all the present hardware is the same.

So...

Can the non-pro make use of the pro ROM?

And if I weren't worried about the two-way radio not working, could the non-pro ROM work on the pro?

I think they would. Who wants to test, observe, and report? 8-D

I highly suggest to don't screw your phones with different roms ;)

Depends on how it broke/why.
I read in the forums here the way to get into recovery mode, and using that method there is a button combo that will let you perform a factory reset.  However, I don't remember either.  You'll have to use the search function if nobody else chimes in.

If the factory reset doesn't work, you'll be getting a bit more involved.  You'll need a stock ROM downloaded from one of the links that have been provided in the forums.  You'll need the USB driver, the "SP Flash Tools" package, some practice with the command line, the ability to use a zip tool to extract the ROM and copy the scatter file....  then it's a matter of using the right arguments to get the ROM to install on the phone.  You'll also, of course, need to have the phone in bootloader mode before you can do anything with it.  You might also need to unlock developer options and do the OEM Unlock on the bootloader.
I now have an unlocked bootloader I haven't been able to re-lock and the loss of a couple of days' worth of effort, but I was able using those tools to get a stock ROM put on my phone and later received a successful OTA update.  Unfortunately I don't remember all the steps I did.  I kinda trial-and-errored through it until something just worked.  Lots of use of Google.

Hi there, can you please remove SIMs and SD cards from your phone and try again?

Hello, I tried that and it does not turn on.
Can you please advise.
I don't want to flash the phone as it is under warranty with you via Kickstarter.
I have contacted service twice but have not received any return email.
Thanks
Michael

Did you try to keep it under charge for 12 hours and then perform a factory reset from the recovery menu as stated in previous posts?

Yes, kept it on for over 12 hours.
As it won't turn on I can't do factory reset.
