Dear Xu Ming(David Xu),
My patience has worn very thin. During an extremely overdue product delivery, we were asked to be patient. finally my BV9500 Pro was received in the beginning of November 2018, I was happy with the initial product.
No updates at all for any patch releases, again we are asked to be patient. I had received one OTA update in January that destroyed my experience with this phone. The charging system no longer functioned as it had originally, be it with the Blackview charger and USB cable or the Blackview Qi wireless charger. Reading the responses to BBS posts regarding this problem with suggestions of purchasing cables and blocks from other sources is most absurd to me. Why would a manufacturer create products that would not work with their own accessories and increase sales for their competitors? Everything had worked as expected until the update. Then, no new OTA updates were coming through. We are told to be patient. I follow instructions removing SIM and micro SD cards (for what purpose), Factory Reset (wipe your phone to update it), choose English (what about the rest of the world), cross your fingers because if it doesn't find an update BE PATIENT you get to jump through all the useless hoops again. Recover your data, but never your time. Who cares how elegant and rugged the phone is if the software is so horrible that you have to leave it plugged in. Your developers have brought you back to the days of Alexander Graham Bell, (you've reinvented the home phone). I had to flash an old ROM to the thing so that I could go out and use it. Yet I have still been patiently awaiting any new update using other manufacturers products to charge my BLACKVIEW phone.
One year since the introduction of the Blackview BV9500 Pro and the astonishing amount of customers waiting patiently, no links to Official ROMS or official update.zip. As customers that paid generously for this supposed "High-Quality Technology", please show us that you are the company that deserves to collect revenue from our patronage.
Screenshots of my current software versions to follow.
Sincere regards,
Kevin Hunter
Saint of Patience

I am not sure which firmware version you need. You can judge by version date.
