No such issue with intercom app on my BV9500pro
French user !

I had the same problem but a master reset fixed the proplem

...as it usually does ;) that's why performing a factory reset is always the first step to rule out an issue.

I had this problem, It happens when I make a new "Area" and add channels.
I can repair the problem if I go to Android settings then apps and erase the DATA from the app.
The new area is gone and the app will then work.

thank you for reply.
unfortunately, always the same problem with mine.
with the new update and factory reset.
erase data doesn't removed problem (but removed the notify in status bar)
note that the problem arrives dirrectly at the starting of the app,
i can't access at any menus.
