Give Button Mapper a go. It may do what you want.

So many times a day i accidentally press the ptt button and open the app. It is quite annoying

An OTA update has been released. It carries a setting to turn off the PTT button
After each update i reccommend, as always, to factory reset your device to avoid weird issues and bugs.

sorry but what is "OTA update" and how we can have/do it?

here is a rather simple solution: you can block the orange key quite easily physically!
Just unscrew the 4 screws of the aluminium bar, in which the orange key sits. Then place - very carefully - two tiny cardboard pieces precisely left and right of the orange key in that side bar, so that the key's pin is held in a little distance from its contact in the main body of the phone [sorry for my idiotic English!]. You fix the side bar again and see, the orange key is blocked.
