I would like to speak with you about a problem with my bv9500. 

GPS or bluetooth connections is very bad. 

I Downloaded GPS test, I can see that It's work out of my car, but If I'm in my car it's doesn't work...  
I the same place, I never had this problem with a BV8000 or galaxy note 8. 

Other problem, bluetooth connection doesn't work well too.  I have to stay less than 2 meter of my  BT speaker for to have a good quality of sound. 
 I never had this problem with a BV8000 or galaxy note 8....

Do you have a idea or it's a conception problem, so I have to buy another cellphone (Like the NEW BV 9600 PRO PLUS....... very good marketing strategy.....)

I have the same problem with the GPS.
I checked it with other phones and found with the others is there no problem. With navigation software like Here, TomTom, Navigon and so on, often the position is on the wrong road. In cities it is not funny to find the right turns.
At the end of a tunnel you have to wait some seconds more as with the others test phones to catch the position back.
I tested this in different kind of cars.
Out side the car and with low speed, like bicycle rights, it looks like better and the tracking look like ok.
There is no difference when the settings for GPS will be changed.
Also calibrate the sensors doesn’t help.
Then I could see with the app GPS test or the app Locus the phone has a very high accuracy of 3m more or less but the signal is jumping around the position and was not on the right position. At the test time I was still on the same position without movement.
With my other phones (Samsung, BQ, Sony) for test the accuracy which was displayed was not so good but the position was right and stable on the same place without jumping around.
Hopefully there will come a software fix for GPS otherwise it makes for me no sense to use an outdoor phone with bad GPS handling.

Any other feedback form other users? I need to check if such issue is sporadic or not, as many variables are in it.

Yes here is the same, I have BV9500 and all connection including the mobile net just disappearing...
Really need to fix ASAP because cannot use my phone.

It's bluetooth related but not in connection to a car but to a bluetooth headset (Plantronics E50). The connection drops randomly, most of the time is a "phone one disconnected/phone one connected" within a second or two, but sometimes it drops and remains dropped until I try to use the headset (being for a call or listening music) and then again "phone one disconnected/phone one connected". Apparently, it happens when the connection idle as I had no issue while in a call or when actually listening music.

hello, just tried your advice. It's not working for me, after a few hours the bluetooth headset was disconnected (with no anouncement, i just looked to phone status bar for the bt icon). Then I pressed the volume button on the headset and it told me the fatal phrase of "phone one disconnected, phone one connected" for 3 times in just 2 minutes.

Can anybody else confirm such Bluetooth issues also after the linked workaround?
