I have same problem with my BV 9500 PRO; after a month of use.
I have to restart or switch OFF / ON the phone to charge the phone.
Also I have detected that USB is not detected when phone is connected to USB and switched ON.
I made already a Factory resset, wipe, etc... Is not depending of the cable or charger.
THE ORIGIN IS CLEARLY SOFTWARE RELATED....
We need as son is posible a software patch to solve it
