My lovely 9500 pro. I haven't dropped it, or got it wet.
It was working perfectly then I checked it after 30 mins and it appeared turned off. Put it on charge, no display, and eventually worked out its fine but the screen seems to just be black.
I am hoping that if it runs out it may restart OK, but with no screen usage it's taking days to discharge.
If possible I really don't want to have to do a full reset as I have no backups on contacts, texts etc.
Is there a force restart option using buttons, or any way I can take it over by another phone so I can do backups before running a factory reset?
