As stated many times, OTA updates don't reach every user at the same time.

These steps may help your phone getting updated:

1) Remove SIMs and MicroSD cards from your phone.

2) Perform a factory reset from the recovery menu, following this tutorial:
viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922

3) Set phone language in English

4) Connect to WIFI networks (so disable data connection)

Any news on this topic? Maybe the Rx lte antenna is too small/defective?

While the tech team is investigating let me tell you this: I've just removed the LTE Rx antenna (in the upper-right corner as you look at the phone) and replaced it with 11cm of thin, insulated copper wire. And guess what? no more connectivity issues. I think the phones were not tested in a remote area for signal strenght so using a small antenna will just work in an urban area with hundreds of cell masts, but when the phone goes away the signal also goes away.

Thanks for your feedback. But maybe your phone antenna is faulty more than underperforming..

 Yes, the chances are 50% my antenna was faulty in some way. When I used the phone in a town it gave less problems than when I was at home (more remote place), but still had problems inside some buildings.  On the other hand, the antenna has a total lenght of 7,5 cm which might not be enough (my provider uses 850/1800/2600 mhz so 11cm antenna woud make more sense  being more or less 3/8 for 850mhz, 3/4 for 1800mhz and full lenght for 2600 mhz).
