Wrong or not, it can still indicate if you're charging or discharging, and even if the numbers for the capacity are wrong, the numbers for charge current match quite well against whichever charger I'm using. For instance, when using the factory charger, it shows a full on 3210 mA. When using my old Samsung charger, it shows around 1030 mA or so. When using the computer, around 500 mA (more or less). Therefore even if the capacity is indicated incorrectly, I'll continue to trust the current readings for charge and discharge, even if only relative one reading to the other. Even if it's not really charging at 1000 and discharging at 500, for example, I'll still trust that it charges twice as fast as it discharges.
But as has been said, it's being tracked, a fix will come.
Lolo, your discharge rate seems about like mine. Just a little higher, but not much. Mine as I type this is between 430 and 480 mA drain, but I have full signal on 4G LTE and Wi-Fi so the radios don't have to push so much power into the antennas, maybe your signal is not as strong and the radios have to work harder, or maybe you have more apps running in the background than I do, maybe social media running constant updates / push notifications? I don't have any of that and honestly I have only used my phone a little today, but for comparison I'm still at 80% when I had it at full charge 9 hours ago. Lot of variables go into that though.
