I tried after the factory reset the system refresh, but it was failed the sytem update. During the facotry reset and updating into the phone I did not use SIM card and memory card . The firmware updating process is failed every time, and I always get this error message: "ERROR" .

Same problem here. Have tried without sim or SD card in, same problem.
