Help For My Blackview 9500

Wed Mar 20, 2019 5:43 pm

Good morning.

I recently purchased a Blackview 9500 phone with imei numbers:
Imei 1: 359615090766140
Imei 2: 359615090766157
Having approximately two months with the phone the screen started to fail because it does not recognize my fingers when touching the screen, likewise it presents an accelerated discharge of the battery.
Talk to the point-of-service telephones on the service network closest to my city. Since I am from Mexico City of Ensenada Baja California and the closest point is in Los Angeles California, where they tell me that there is no repair of equipment because it only works as a point of sale.
The above is to request from you the following:
Where do I buy parts for my cell phone in case of failure?
How can I send my equipment to repair?
What warranty coverage does my equipment have?
I hope you can respond quickly and I am at your most appreciable orders.
Sincerely your secure server.
Mauro Alejandro Castañón Puerta.

Hi there.

In case of hardware failures, you'll have to contact your seller to have it replaced/repaired under warranty. Only the seller is the one who manages warranty terms.
If you want to repair your phone by yourself, you can buy spare parts on Aliexpress.com. I have to remember you, by the way, that repairing the phone by yourself will void any kind of warranty.
