I had same problem and installed PIMP MY ROM V3.4 APP and activated WIDEBAND SECTION and it fixed the problem. I posted yesterday pic about it here yesterday but moderators don't apply my message i don't know why? I can post apk link as well it definitely fix the issue if you're rooted!

By the way rooting can't be considered a solution to such issue, it have to be fixed by an official ROM.
But at least one workaround has been found.

No buy because is many many time have bug and not fixed. Admin write every, fix fix but not True.

Admin - can we get and update on when this fix will come. It has been many months now!!

So what's the holdup? Such a major issue and still no solution!? Can't believe the phone is still being sold like that. Shame on you Blackview!

This is disappointing news, I've bought the A8, A10, A30, p6000, bv6000, BV8000 faulty power jack, bv9000 bad mic and cracked screen, bv9600 bought last week and already leaked and failed. I was going to buy the bv9500 but with the news of another bad mic.... I don't know if I should stay or wait for the bv9700
