I can't properly understand what the problem is with such description...... but i want to remember you that PERFORMING A FACTORY RESET AFTER EACH UPDATE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. So, please, do it. ;)

A factory reset will ERASE everything on the phone, all your personal data, photos, videos and applications. You'll have to backup them. Google backup will help you with that.
This is the only solution, or a necessary step to try to understand what happened to your phone.

Please change sim slot, perform another factory reset and report back.

Ii did complete another factory reset, the problem persists on 4G LTE Movistar,   on other sim cards and networks it works fine.  is there any option to roll back? or have a new update with this sorted out?  I am really struggling and desperate to have the working well for my work.

Unfortunately you can't roll back at the moment, as firmware files for flashing haven't been officially released. The issue seems to be related to such carrier, it may be an APN incompatibility.

I spent some time with technicians from the operator. the problem seem to be on one of the bands ..  How can I be sure all the bands are open for Colombia?
