If it is really a a software bug, why it's still not fixed, it should not take so much time to publish an update. I have nylon cable and I also try with another charger, but the issue is still there.

Unfortunately fixing bugs isn't easy at all, we have to blaim google ones to......
By the way, issue has been tracked: it means that the tech team is aware of the issue and working for a fix.

I solved this simply by buying a different cable

After installing todays update (BV_BV9500pro_V1.0_201180827_2019900166-1454) and factory reset still NO fast charge with third-party-chargers!
Only difference: charging voltage is going up to 9 V for about 1 second, and returning again to 5 V with nearly 1 A.

Three chargers and different cables testes which all works with origin BV-charger.

In this case, unfortunately, you'll have to contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty.

After the last update (last friday i think), it was written "optimizing charging" or something like that.
The charging problem was only on the official cable, on others cables the fast charge work properly. After the update, all of the cables i have (including the original) are now charging at around 80mA, it is worst than before the update with the original cable, wich give 400mA and a lot worst with other cables that gived more than 2A.
So now, the situation is worse and i can't use it because it takes more than a day to charge now.
Any solution ?
