i have my BV9500 pro from 4 months.
i remember that first time the volume of speakers is very High and good quality. I play music in my room without problem at no max power.
now i put max power volume but is not same, and the quality of sound is less.
What can i control ?

Hi there, first perform a factory reset and check again. If this doesn't solve your issue, you speaker may be dirty or it became faulty.
