Fingerprint scanner not working

Hi everyone,
I received my backview 9500 pro yesterday and I can't use my fingerprint sensor.
I'm stuck on the stage where i'm supposed to touch the sensor but it won't detect my finger.
I can see a very slim impact on the sensor I didn't notice since this morning
What should I do ?

Hi there! You'll have to contact your seller to have the phone repaired or replaced. It looks like the sensor got hit badly, so I don't know if warranty will be void or not. You have to manage it with the seller.

This is MIL-STD right?

Yes, but it doesn't mean it can go against physics laws. I hope you can understand.
