Problem intensifies. I’m now only able to sustain the charge but not increase it.
In a matter of days I will have no charge on the battery left unless it’s in the charger all the time.
You sure this is a software problem?
Not defect battery etc.?

Same problem for me, fastcharging not working, 515mah max, need more than 20hours to completely charge... I try with differents cable and same result... Waiting for correcting version...

Use wired charge with all apps and wifi closed should do the trick. 

However, because Blackview communicates fast charge wirelessly also, and when it doesn't and is super slow, it's extremely disappointing. A bit misleading too...

I solved the slow charging problem by swapping to a new cable. Fast charges now :)

Same for me. I bought this one and now I can charge at 3.200mA with the original charger. The same result with the cable arrived with the wireless charger.
With the original cable served together with the phone I can charge at 280-350mA max.

It's ok with new cable, fast charging is working, charging faster than 3000mah and completely charged is possibly in a night. This new cable is a type C/USB cord 1m.

Is it necessary to buy a specific cable (longer) or a standard cable type c enough? Thank you.

Bought my second third part charger and cable the other day.
It solved the charging problem for now.
The charger has a max output of 1A @ 5V

Please let me note, as I posted in this thread before asking for the OTA update, that I have had no problems with charging, but I do use wireless charging only.
