I get the same default, and contacted the after-sale service directly. I get an answer asking me to update my phone with a zip file, and thanks to a program called :

SP Multiportflashdownloadproject.exe

The document is written in chinese and i don't really understand how to update my phone thanks to this.

Anyone can give me a help?

Is it possible to have the url link of the .zip file that you had? For the update, I think it depends on the nature of the zip file. Is this an OTA update? Or an archive that contains a flash program and a firmware?

Are there any updates on the status of the microphone fix?  I am unable to update to the most recent build for some reason so I'm still on build V1.0_20180827.  Could that be part of the microphone issue?

What's an OTA update? i get an archive with several files in it. don't know more. I'll follow the tutorial and gave a feedback here.
