Phone skipped down the road during a bicycle ride. No function. Battery very hot. Disconnected both screen and battery asap. I see that 9500 Pros are out of stock with no known time of being produced and sent to the market. Questions: A) Who is qualified to attempt a repair on this phone and B) Are there any new, 9500 Pros available? Thank you.
