Software problems with BV5800 Pro

Hi

I have a BV5800Pro, bought in Germany 2 months ago.
All was good, but no the problem starts:
1. mobile data always looses connection. have to switch off and on the mobile data, then it works for 5 minutes...then off again.
2. the cell phone restarts a few times per day, on its own. I do not initiate the restart.
3. Apps like chrome, messenger, whatsapp just shut down in the middle of using them.
4. Very high battery consumption. 3 minutes chat in messenger uses 1% battery life. 

can someone help?

Hi there! First thing to do is performing a factory reset following this tutorial:

After that, don't load any previous backup when Google asks for it, just start from scratch.

Then report back if such issues are still there. ;)

How can I avoid the same malefunction in future?

Disabling duraspeed may help. Avoiding installing too intrusive apps may help as well.
