Last week I bought a brand new BV5800. It was working smoothly, I was very happy. Everything fine until yesterday, when it started not opening Whatsapp, and then Instagram (clicking on the app's icon, nothing happened).
I then uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, from the Play Store. The apps started working well again, the problem was solved.

BUT yesterday night the phone started suddenly rebooting, without me touching anything, and kept on rebooting over and over again. It loads the "Blackview" logo, and then it reboots again.

I tried a hard reset (cleared user data and cache) via its default recovery, but nothing happened.

Please note that:
- the phone is not rooted and the bootloader is locked
- the ROM is the default one
- I just set up my data and installed those two apps, nothing else done.

Any guess on what's happening, or possible solution apart from throwing it out of my window?

Hi there! Unfortunately your phone is badly faulty, I'm really sorry to hear that but it can happen. You'll have to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty
